Back in May, I wrote an article explaining the development of Windows Vista. I was open to the controversial discussion of whether or not Windows Vista was the worst operating system. Understandably, this brought in a lot of disagreement. In a group for IT humor and memes on social media however, many have brought Windows ME into the discussion. Which brings an interesting question, “What about Windows ME?”
