Accessibility is not optional,

it is essential to representation.

Student Senate

Vice President

I am a dedicated student leader with recent experience as Student Senate Parliamentarian, who believes that accessibility is a key component in creating a campus environment that’s inclusive, supportive, and engaging for all.

What to Expect

I am committed to building a student government that is transparent, responsive, and truly student-focused. Below is a breakdown of the initiatives I’ll champion.

Accessible Information

What to Expect
Open documentation for Senate meetings. Expect monthly opportunities to speak up, meet Senators, share concerns, and help shape campus life in a relaxed, student-run space.

Easier Campus Navigation

What to Expect
Accessible documentations guiding directions to main landmarks and power-assisted doors help make getting around campus easier—especially if you’re new or just need clearer directions.

Parking Near Building 7

What to Expect
With Building 7 almost finished, I’m pushing for better parking options near high-traffic areas like S. 25th.  In the long run, expect improved accessibility and reduced walking distance.

Accessibility for Students with Mental Illness

What to Expect
More inclusive policies, better access to quiet spaces, support groups, and training for faculty to understand the needs of students with mental health challenges. Your wellbeing matters here.

Student Voice Gatherings

What to Expect
In-person and/or virtual discussion events. Share your thoughts directly. Follow-ups will make sure you’re heard, and action is taken.

Fair Representation

What to Expect
A more transparent, responsive Student Senate. We’ll make sure different groups and departments have fair representation, and you’ll see faster updates on what we’re doing and why.

Administrator Accountability

What to Expect

I’ll make sure admin decisions reflect student needs. Expect more transparency, public Q&As, and opportunities to give feedback that actually gets noticed.

More Student Life Activities

What to Expect
Make campus life more vibrant and inclusive. There’ll be something for everyone to enjoy.
